Good Saturday morning BFRers!!

I’m Mary Hayes and I’m a founder and BFR certified coach but haven’t been active due to life events and lack of motivation. Now with this 10/90 challenge my goal is to be consistent daily with my protein intake and 10 min BFR workout for 90 days. I will drop my BMI to 26.6 to 23/24 with 20# drop in fat!!

I’m excited to get going. Our Boost, Meal, Satisfy, and Start just arrived so I’m ready to get it done!! ✅
