2011 to now, my bands have help improve my journey
Join me at 10:30 on Monday, July 30 for a great simple lower body workout for golf, which can be applied to any other sport.
Bring your exercise tubing and some light weights As we work on some simple movements to help strengthen the core, legs and the rotational movements necessary in golf
Hey you guys!
I’ve been doing 10 min a day with B3U and walking about 3 miles a day as well for 2 weeks. Very different than what I’m used to: lifting heavy, HIIT and running, biking, dancing… I can’t believe how tired I am these last two weeks and hungry! Wondering how long I need to go to see results: energy, weight loss and less pain. Thanks (up front) for the peptalk!
Awesome morning out at the lake for swim and trail run, and to never miss a Monday! I love my bfr bands they can go any where with me. Quick 4 min workout to start my swim and run!
A quick full body cardio for my 46th birthday,, definitely not feeling my age
Thoughts on this workout:
I call it B3 Leg for Mercy
Set treadmill at max incline.
Jog to failure (~60-90 seconds)
Recovery walk (~30 seconds or less)
Repeat for 8 minutes
Finish with 2 min Zone 2 run at 0%incline
Cool down walk with bands off for 2 minutes
This workout is about 12 minutes which flirts with going over the BFR time limit but the bands come off at about 10 minutes.
Does this sound like something positive or should I make changes?
I don’t like just doing this as a stand alone exercise regimen but I’m trying to follow the 10 minutes only guidelines recommended to me. Thanks for any critiques!
