So Excited and Grateful to be here with you tomorrow for my first session as a B3U Instructor We will be doing a 20 min Full Body Workout with a move to target the back bra line area where skin tends to sag -

You will need a Yoga Mat and some Light Dumbells   

We begin with a 5 min Inspirational Warm Up Flow  

11 minute Burn Session that includes Squats, Lunges, Twerking , Biceps Triceps Shoulders, Closing with Plank

  3 min Release  Stretch - This is set up through Tabata  30 sec Exercise intervals 

Two 5.5  min Cycles with 1 min recovery between each cycle 

10 sets of 30 Sec in each Cycle with 3 sec rest interval 

1 min Plank  w 30 sec side hip tapping 

3 min release Stretch
