Wow 3 times 🫀✨your heart was looove’n you so glad you liked it - curious - how long did it take you ? And what level B3 workouts would you say you are - beginner / intermediate / advanced - trying to determine how many cycles to recommend to folks - I’m cooked after 3 rounds 😆

So good Jeanne ! 🙌 I’m one of the B3 instructors here and getting more active again — and this is EXACTLY why I love this method. Perfect 10-minute lower body + core.
