Join the Vegas Golf Coach Today at 10am PST for a simple at home way to improve your upper and lower body strength and rotational movements in golf in 10 minutes or less.

As a struggling golf professional at 67 due to severe knee pain, arthritis and back issues I had given up hope of being able to ever play high level golf again. Today as I approach 72 in a few weeks thanks to the bands I am able to shoot my age and I did it my way taking this old tired body and developing easy simple exercises using the great library of workouts that our trainers Have shared here at B3Uย  to develop golf specific workoutsย  that anyone at any age can use to develop a better balanced swing motion.

Join The Vegas Golf coach this Tuesday, March 4 at 10 AM Pacific.

We will focus on 4 exercises designed to increase your lower body, core strength and rotational motion all designed to help you create better balanced golf swing motion regardless of your current ability.

I also will be sharing swing tips during and after the work out.
