DR Carl .. Incorporating the B3 BFR Arm and leg bands as a safe and effective exercise modality has encouraged me to plan a FOCUSED workout with a specific goal in mind for that workout because I have 20 minutes or less of actual workout time, including rest between sets when needed. TIME and FOCUSED ENERGY are valuable and not precious resources. So the 1/2 the time, and 1/2 tge resistance a valuable benefit to me as an actively aging senior. I enjoy the gym AND also working out outdoors, and B3 BFR provide the ability and versatility to do both!

heavy winds from wildfire caused more tree movement and sun pierced through much more than normal .. have the solution ., will use the opposite side of my yard with great green turf and less sun and glare … thank you for feedback Gaylord ..L
