Sharon .. thank you for asking. As you share you are a strong fitness person, that said, you can certainly wear both B3 BFR Arm and Leg bands for your Upper and Lower body workouts. There is a systemic benefit to your body as Growth Hormone is released to a greater degree during B3 BFR workouts, even if the focus of tge workout is lower or upper body muscles. Also, certain lower body exercises recruit the upper body .. deadlifts, step-ups, plyo skaters, and conditioing drills. And, lower body recruitment during upper body exercises that require standing positions. As far as performing cardio and resistance workout on the same day with B3 BFR bands .. I recommend cardio first thing in the AM for 20 mins or less depending on the intensity of your cardio activity … e.g. I would go 10 mins or less at a level 10 of a rowing machine in interval format .. or Level 6 for 20 mins continuous .. always remember the depth of fatigue will always be greater with B3 BFR bands on .. Resistance workout later in the day .. I recommend at least 4 hrs between cardio session in tge am and resistance in the pm … maybe 3 days per week with cardio and resistance .. would not do both 6 days a week.. I always take 1 full day off for complete REST .. no workout. Hope this helps Larry Indiviglia, San Diego, CA
