DR Carl .. Incorporating the B3 BFR Arm and leg bands as a safe and effective exercise modality has encouraged me to plan a FOCUSED workout with a specific goal in mind for that workout because I have 20 minutes or less of actual workout time, including rest between sets when needed. TIME and FOCUSED ENERGY are valuable and not precious resources. So the 1/2 the time, and 1/2 tge resistance a valuable benefit to me as an actively aging senior. I enjoy the gym AND also working out outdoors, and B3 BFR provide the ability and versatility to do both!
