If you have never experienced a golf workout by Gaylord Rhodes, you are missing out. If you are a golfer or want to be one, his workouts are full of golf specific strengthening, exercises to improve range of motion, and specific golf tips.

A lot of these exercises will translate perfectly to improve my baseball swing!

Conclusion: 

BFR rotator cuff training performed in conjunction with the collegiate off-season program augment increases in shoulder, lean mass as well as muscular endurance while maintaining rotator cuff and possibly pitching mechanics in a manner that may contribute to favorable outcomes and injury prevention in baseball pitching athletes.

Dr Kyle’s shoulder Matrix! Wow! Very thorough. My favorite take away was the “X” motion for rotator cuff. That felt great!

No post exercise soreness (I forget that I worked out yesterday, because I don’t feel sore or tight or any negative effects).
