I have had a similar experience. Started BFR when Covid shutdown the gyms. Never had a symptom from Covid and have had improved immunity since beginning. Anytime I feel a little “off”, I do a 3-4 minute BFR workout to super boost my immunity.

If you have never experienced a golf workout by Gaylord Rhodes, you are missing out. If you are a golfer or want to be one, his workouts are full of golf specific strengthening, exercises to improve range of motion, and specific golf tips.

A lot of these exercises will translate perfectly to improve my baseball swing!

This really hits home with me. I am 51 and competing in a baseball league with 30 year olds and up. I am throwing harder than ever and recovering faster than ever.

Conclusion: 

BFR rotator cuff training performed in conjunction with the collegiate off-season program augment increases in shoulder, lean mass as well as muscular endurance while maintaining rotator cuff and possibly pitching mechanics in a manner that may contribute to favorable outcomes and injury prevention in baseball pitching athletes.
