I have had a similar experience. Started BFR when Covid shutdown the gyms. Never had a symptom from Covid and have had improved immunity since beginning. Anytime I feel a little β€œoff”, I do a 3-4 minute BFR workout to super boost my immunity.

This really hits home with me. I am 51 and competing in a baseball league with 30 year olds and up. I am throwing harder than ever and recovering faster than ever.
