Brian, great to hear from you. I am not doing live workouts anymore. I’m doing recorded ones and they’re all on file at the B3 university and yes, you can watch them on your TV and on your computer if you have a smart TV my suggestion would be since I’m not really that much of a techie would be to reach out to customer service and get some help from them when it comes to how to watch it

as far as my videos, they are at B3 university you can just type in my name and you should be able to access them. I’ll be doing another one using kettle bells this week, but I should have about seven or eight of them on file.
