Tyler Hunt of course!! At the time I was intermittent fasting & eating minimal carbs & just exhausted from the 15 mins workouts. Then Dr Mike did a video on why we need to eat more carbs when doing BFR training & cut your workout time in half so that your are not stressing your adrenal glands to produce more cortisol. So I just started w the basic upper body arms workout for 5 mins then next day did legs for 8 mins. I alternate the workouts everyday. Also what time of day/night you workout is important too. If you go to the videos in this app Dr Mike gives a great explanation of how to use your bands for the most effective workouts. Go to Dr Mike's BFR tips in the app. There are several videos there that I watched then implemented. Hope this helps!! Keep me posted would love to hear if it worked for you too!! I started implementing Dr Mike's suggestions re: cortisol, increasing carb intake & pain after BFR Workout. I have lost 5 lbs in 5 days. I wasn't losing weight prior or getting that Nitric oxide high that's all changed now. Feeling excited about these new strategies especially seeing results so quickly!!
