10 Min Full Body Burn!

Join me tomorrow morning 7am mtn, in a full body workout for all levels, bring your arm and leg bands, light weight, tubing, chair and a step of some sort, such as a fold up stepping stool or step on stair way.

Hi Everyone. Julie here, from Chicago. Today is my first day starting the challenge and I'm looking forward to reducing weight & excess fat, as well as building bone mass, muscle mass and gaining strength.
