Swimming pool Burn 🔥
Sometimes life happens in spite of my best plan. Commitment to never miss Monday remains intact.
2 minute jump rope
1 minute scissor jumps ( steps )
1 side to side jumps ( steps )
1 minute wall sit
Do that again (2 sets total) and you have a quick noon time 10 minute meaningful BFR exercise session.
I love Mondays and I love never missing a Monday! Especially with my bfr bands!

Oil Pulling is something I started recently. Candida initiated a reminder of this. I liken this to rif raf moving into the neighborhood: candida, viruses, mold, toxins and parasites. The mouth is the welcoming committee 🫦
Swish, swish, spit.

Just finished 10 minutes of lower body! Great group joined in.
5 minutes on bike…. Lowering resistance as I increase cadence over the first 5 minutes. 4 minute booty hits a bit harder after the bike.
1 minute plank afterwards.
Love the B3 BFR noon time buzz!
