Join me tomorrow morning 7am mtn, in a full body workout for all levels, bring your arm and leg bands, light weight, tubing, chair and a step of some sort, such as a fold up stepping stool or step on stair way.

Hi Everyone. Julie here, from Chicago. Today is my first day starting the challenge and I'm looking forward to reducing weight & excess fat, as well as building bone mass, muscle mass and gaining strength. I'm thankful for this challenge opportunity to help me stay on track towards my goals. I'm also looking forward to witnessing and cheering on everyone's accomplishments.
