Hi Jaime, all live workouts will be 10 minutes and uploaded to the app! We will also have featured 10 minute workouts starting tomorrow. A lot of the workouts currently in the exercise library are 10 mins or less so check those out also :) the total time you see for workouts includes a few minutes at the beginning to get your bands on and at the end there may be some stretching etc. so if something says 15 mins, most likely the actual workout is around 10 minutes.
