Good morning, B3 U! Dr. Kyle’s workout today at 12:30 PM EST will be an instant premiere of his recorded Shoulder Matrix & Rehab workout.

What does that mean? Instead of going live, his workout will premiere at 12:30 PM, so you can watch it as it airs. You’ll still find it under your calendar, as well as in his section + the rehab section on the home page.

Larry Indiviglia is a certified B3 Coach and B3 U instructor with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, semi-private group trainer, and small/ large group trainer. 

He delivers 14-minute (7+7) strength workouts for the upper and lower body, as well as core & conditioning workouts to improve muscle endurance, cardiovascular health, and overall optimal performance for life. 

Larry is an actively aging senior who is an avid user and promoter of the B3 Bands and believes they are the most innovative, safest, effective and best way to exercise, especially for seniors.
