Dr Kyle’s shoulder Matrix! Wow! Very thorough. My favorite take away was the “X” motion for rotator cuff. That felt great!

Further, I love not going to the gym at all and getting a better workout.

What is your favorite thing about working out with BFR? I’ll start…

No post exercise soreness (I forget that I worked out yesterday, because I don’t feel sore or tight or any negative effects).

This is definitely a favorite.  Stabilizing the lower half is our foundation.
