
Made a trip to Costco to see what options were available. Oven roasted brisket, frozen roasted veggies, cooked turkey breast, roasted chicken pieces, frozen fruit to go with B3 Start. Grass fed Greek Yogurt (I add half scoop of B3 Meal), raw cucumbers and a grain and kale salad. I am feeling pretty good aboit reaching the 2 protein/1 carb. Today has been my best day as far as BFR nutrition π. Thanks Tammy for the other ideas
