Congratulations to ME. 7 Lbs and 2% Subcutaneous fat released over the last 4 weeks!

Oil Pulling is something I started recently. Candida initiated a reminder of this. I liken this to rif raf moving into the neighborhood: candida, viruses, mold, toxins and parasites. The mouth is the welcoming committee 🫦

Week 2. Not the results I expected yet still progress. It's interesting because I felt like I made some big progress. Being a female, once a month still impacts numbers. Even though I am chronicgically on the other side, I wonder if that's playing a part 🤔

The REAL stats are in! And they were not as positive as I thought 😆 After a convo with Dr Mike on Wednesday and watching the weight release series, I realized time for serious analysis. Got the recommended scale and tracked my food for four days. Revealed some cold hard truths! Here's my goal statement-♡-let's go!

One thing I've learned in my pursuit of improved health and fitness --●-- many times our inner thoughts get in the way of progress

This is one of the sets of affirmations I use to help me reprogram my thoughts. These are much more inspiring than the alternatives that run around repetitively every day in conscious and subconscious thoughts. Let's rewire our thoughts as we reprogram our bodies 😊
