I’ve been strictly BFR for a year and have seen massive gains without heavy weight. According to Dr. Mike you don’t need periodization and can stick with BFR by itself. I’m am very consistent in the gym following a little different protocol than above. I am absolutely exhausted from this new work schedule. I hope I adjust soon. I didn’t expect it to be this bad.
