Kelli I’ve tried multiple different diets in the last year. Nothing seems to work for weight lost except extreme calorie deficit and heavy cardio and weights. I’m just maintaining status quo with the current BFR workouts.

Kelli appreciate the info, I’ll try to stay positive. I think I’m just a special case. The B3 bands haven’t helped helped me lose weight or build muscle.

Can you elaborate on the cortisol and carb intake? I myself haven’t lost any weight since starting BFR months ago. I’m a bit disappointed.
