Good Saturday morning BFRers!!

I’m Mary Hayes and I’m a founder and BFR certified coach but haven’t been active due to life events and lack of motivation. Now with this 10/90 challenge my goal is to be consistent daily with my protein intake and 10 min BFR workout for 90 days. I will drop my BMI to 26.6 to 23/24 with 20# drop in fat!!

I’m excited to get going. Our Boost, Meal, Satisfy, and Start just arrived so I’m ready to get it done!! βœ…

Good morning B3 Family

Happy Saturday πŸ™Œ. Today I am in Murtaugh Idaho! At my childhood home helping my mother who is recovering from a mild stroke. Her doctors are amazed that at 79 she is recovering so well. She started using the B3 bands before the stroke occasionally and started to get more strength. Today we are going to focus on her hands.

I just enjoyed my 10 minute Challenge workout with WBV. Whole Body Vibration and arms and leg bandsπŸ”₯
