Good Saturday morning BFRers!!

I’m Mary Hayes and I’m a founder and BFR certified coach but haven’t been active due to life events and lack of motivation. Now with this 10/90 challenge my goal is to be consistent daily with my protein intake and 10 min BFR workout for 90 days. I will drop my BMI to 26.6 to 23/24 with 20# drop in fat!!

I’m excited to get going. Our Boost, Meal, Satisfy, and Start just arrived so I’m ready to get it done!! ✅

Good morning B3 Family

Happy Saturday 🙌. Today I am in Murtaugh Idaho! At my childhood home helping my mother who is recovering from a mild stroke. Her doctors are amazed that at 79 she is recovering so well. She started using the B3 bands before the stroke occasionally and started to get more strength. Today we are going to focus on her hands.

I just enjoyed my 10 minute Challenge workout with WBV. Whole Body Vibration and arms and leg bands🔥

Today was a Day 11, unfortunately it did not record my Wednesday workout and restarted my steaks. I was a little frustrated about that, hopefully the issue will be resolved. I will keep pushing forward

One thing I've learned in my pursuit of improved health and fitness --●-- many times our inner thoughts get in the way of progress

This is one of the sets of affirmations I use to help me reprogram my thoughts. These are much more inspiring than the alternatives that run around repetitively every day in conscious and subconscious thoughts. Let's rewire our thoughts as we reprogram our bodies 😊

You know how you have those days when your dragg’n and don’t feel like working out -

That is the best time for your B3 10 min Power Pop !

And I speak from experience

This weekend I had just got off my flight - had 20 min before heading off to meet some folks for dinner - grabbed my bands and squeezed in

Dr Ken’s 10 min  upper body sizzle workout and man Oh man did it Flip My Switch-

I went from draggen to feeling pumped and energized at dinner no alcohol needed ! Mucho Thanks Dr Ken for a simple yet powerful workout  💪 

And for those of you ladies out there draggen at the end of the day - think about summer and how you want to feel and look in those sleeveless tops - and join me at 5 for my stretch and flow full body work out - trust me your body mind and soul

Will thank you for moving through the end of drain and finding yourself in the end of the workout bouncing home with new found energy 💪✨🙏
