A lot of these exercises will translate perfectly to improve my baseball swing!

We will focus on 4 exercises designed to increase your lower body, core strength and rotational motion all designed to help you create better balanced golf swing motion regardless of your current ability.

Every workout is an investment in my future with those that I love and care about. I want to have the energy to play with my grandkids the strength and energy to be there when they need me and the longevity to experience life with them as they grow. I refuse to let poor health take away the moments that truly matter.
So I show up. I push myself. I stay consistent. Not for the yea look at you! but for those i care about. Because they deserve the best version of me!
With my B3 BFR bands I can use light weights so not putting all that pressure on my joints, half the time so I can spend more time helping others. And I get better results!
