Wow! Might be my new favorite arm sequence!
Massive burn, Massive pump, energized focused and ready for the rest of my day….

Now I get to chill as the pituitary goes to work and I get to sit back, and enjoy the wonderful hormone cascade! FLIPPED THE SWITCH!
