30 minutes until we Flip the B3 Switch!

Who’s in?

5 minutes of legs I’ll be on a stationary bike but treadmill works or simply doing a squat / lunge / wall sit routine for 5 minutes also works.

Alternatively you could March in place with or without ankle weights.

Then 3 minute Bi/Tri superset

Finish with a 1 minute plank.

9 minutes total

Leg day today

2 minutes jump rope

1 minute Wall Sit

90 seconds of scissor jumps

( 1 foot forward, the other back and constant jump switch )

1 minute Wall sit

5:30 1 round or 11 minutes if you do 2 rounds

We were sizzling over lunch with BFR -chest and back! Easy on the joints, loads light, only thing that’s heavy are the results! Why isn’t everyone doing this? !!!!!!

Flipped the switch …. Love the exhilarating feeling post workout ! High quality protein at the top of the hour as I let the Growth Hormone surge for next 45 minutes.
