Hello from Jamacia !!! It’s spring break season And one of the things I love the most about the B3 bands is their Versatility.

I can throw them into my suitcase and have a workout anywhere! On the beach by the pool , so easy to get my workout in and it gives me a nice energy pop in the morning or at the end of after a day at the beach ✨💪

Come join me Today at 5 PM I will be leading our session. - pool side for a full body with an emphasis on creating lean, strong “ Summer Arms”
