Today is my first day starting the challenge and I'm looking forward to reducing weight & excess fat, as well as building bone mass, muscle mass and gaining strength. Fasting and BFR
Iβm planning to do a 7 day fast for religious purposes. Is it safe to do BFR workouts while fasting? Maybe at just a much lower intensity and shorter time period? I donβt want to completely sacrifice the physical gains Iβve made but I also donβt want to risk injury during the fast.
