So Excited and Grateful to be here with you tomorrow for my first session as a B3U Instructor We will be doing a 20 min Full Body Workout with a move to target the back bra line area where skin tends to sag -

You will need a Yoga Mat and some Light Dumbells   

We begin with a 5 min Inspirational Warm Up Flow  

11 minute Burn Session that includes Squats, Lunges, Twerking , Biceps Triceps Shoulders, Closing with Plank

  3 min Release  Stretch - This is set up through Tabata  30 sec Exercise intervals 

Two 5.5  min Cycles with 1 min recovery between each cycle 

10 sets of 30 Sec in each Cycle with 3 sec rest interval 

1 min Plank  w 30 sec side hip tapping 

3 min release Stretch

Today was a Day 11, unfortunately it did not record my Wednesday workout and restarted my steaks. I was a little frustrated about that, hopefully the issue will be resolved. I will keep pushing forward

Join me today the Vegas Golf coach at 10 AM for my lower body rotational golf Workout. Bring your light weights and your exercise tubing and let’s get our upper body and core stronger along with some stretching to help you build a better balanced golf swing.
