One thing I've learned in my pursuit of improved health and fitness --โ-- many times our inner thoughts get in the way of progress
This is one of the sets of affirmations I use to help me reprogram my thoughts. These are much more inspiring than the alternatives that run around repetitively every day in conscious and subconscious thoughts. Let's rewire our thoughts as we reprogram our bodies ๐

This weekend I had just got off my flight - had 20 min before heading off to meet some folks for dinner - grabbed my bands and squeezed in

I went from draggen to feeling pumped and energized at dinner no alcohol needed ! Mucho Thanks Dr Ken for a simple yet powerful workoutย ๐ชย
And for those of you ladies out there draggen at the end of the day - think about summer and how you want to feel and look in those sleeveless tops - and join me at 5 for my stretch and flow full body work out - trust me your body mind and soul
