Just finished the CCC core workout with Larry!! Great core workout my core is burning! I used a 6# weight throughout!!

Join me tomorrow morning 7am mtn, in a full body workout for all levels, bring your arm and leg bands, light weight, tubing, chair and a step of some sort, such as a fold up stepping stool or step on stair way.
If you don't have one, no problem, we can work around it!
