D13 ✔️Sunday morning yoga
Day 12 was amazing! Started doing DR Mike's recommended workout for me and my legs are 🔥
I had a blood test yesterday and it showed my WBC, Lymphs and Monocytes all elevated. I have ZERO symptoms, infections and haven’t been sick in months, since before starting BFR for sure. Could my elevated white blood cells be a result of BFR? I know BFR is supposed to help boost immunity but does it actually raise WBC count? I haven’t talked my health care provider about the blood test yet.
The REAL stats are in! And they were not as positive as I thought 😆 After a convo with Dr Mike on Wednesday and watching the weight release series, I realized time for serious analysis. Got the recommended scale and tracked my food for four days. Revealed some cold hard truths! Here's my goal statement-♡-let's go!
