I had to download a AirPlay app on my TV - wow I am glad a did. Now I simply it's the mirroring feature on my iPhone and I am working out in front of my TV!!

Hi Tyler - yes it is called a starter. Do the same Bench or Squat with 30% of 1 rep max. Go to the burn then continue for 20 seconds. Take Bands off, do you max lift.

Works every time... some set new PR's with this!
