Great question! I would like to release 20-25 lbs and have a flat belly once again. Release 1-2 lbs per week. Since we started B3 U my shape has changed, now time to release once and for all

Jeannine I had your beginner pilates workout playing, and was struck by your body change (physique)! Do you attribute that to pilates?

I was going to workout outdoors - no wall. I have carpel tunnel, sometimes hard to hold the position. I am guessing my hip flexor are really tight so the legs are not as flexible. Or it could just boil down to low back/core weakness ๐Ÿ˜†
