Jeannine I had your beginner pilates workout playing, and was struck by your body change (physique)! Do you attribute that to pilates?

I was going to workout outdoors - no wall. I have carpel tunnel, sometimes hard to hold the position. I am guessing my hip flexor are really tight so the legs are not as flexible. Or it could just boil down to low back/core weakness πŸ˜†

Enjoyed this one Dr Ken! Fully delivered. Pro tip for Newbys: be sure to consciously contract muscles when doing muscles. "SQUEEZE" e.g. I tell people with overhead press, imagine you are stopping the car from falling on your loved ones head. For wall sits, I imagine I am about to stand up - it really engages the muscles πŸ’ͺ
