Enjoyed this one Dr Ken! Fully delivered. Pro tip for Newbys: be sure to consciously contract muscles when doing muscles. "SQUEEZE" e.g. I tell people with overhead press, imagine you are stopping the car from falling on your loved ones head. For wall sits, I imagine I am about to stand up - it really engages the muscles πͺ
