Never miss Monday today was upright rows, standing shoulder press 3x super setted/ bench and rows 3x / curls, triceps 3x also supersetted
Boost taken 20 minutes prior- amazing burn, pump that reminds me of old gym session when I was in my 20βs.

Anyone else getting itchy welts on their biceps since using the bands? I love the bands but not sure what is causing the itchy welts. Weird
Week 2. Not the results I expected yet still progress. It's interesting because I felt like I made some big progress. Being a female, once a month still impacts numbers. Even though I am chronicgically on the other side, I wonder if that's playing a part π€
