Today is Day 1! I am starting the 10 minute challenge and am excited to see the results. My goal is to drop weight and body fat and get my body fat percentage under 20% and i would also like to decrease my biological age. 💪🚀

Looking forward to this challenge and getting back in a routine. My goal is to lose 1-2 lbs a week, feel younger and increase my energy!
