Evidence that BFR helps pitchers to prevent injury and maintain range of motion and reduce injury while improving strength faster than non-BFR users

Conclusion: 

BFR rotator cuff training performed in conjunction with the collegiate off-season program augment increases in shoulder, lean mass as well as muscular endurance while maintaining rotator cuff and possibly pitching mechanics in a manner that may contribute to favorable outcomes and injury prevention in baseball pitching athletes.

Join the Vegas Golf Coach For this weeks upper body golf specific workout for all levels of golfers on Tuesday 10 AM instead of Monday looking forward to seeing everyone there to get a great upper body golf related workout with some golf related tips as well.
