1 side to side jumps ( steps )

1 minute wall sit

Do that again (2 sets total) and you have a quick noon time 10 minute meaningful BFR exercise session.

Did you know you can watch workouts on your smart tv? See below on instructions! 

📺 Option 1: Chromecast (Android & Web)

If you have a Chromecast device or a TV with built-in Chromecast support:

  1. Ensure your smartphone or computer and Chromecast device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

  2. Open the Uscreen mobile app or access Uscreen via Google Chrome on your computer.

  3. Start playing the video you wish to watch.

  4. Tap or click the Cast icon.

  5. Select your Chromecast-enabled device from the list to begin streaming.Help | UscreenHelp | Uscreen

Note: Casting from iOS web browsers like Safari or Chrome isn't supported due to Apple's limitations. For iOS devices, consider using AirPlay instead. Help | Uscreen

 

🍎 Option 2: AirPlay (iOS Devices)
