Yowza ! I had just got off my flight - had 20 min before heading off to meet some folks for dinner - grabbed my bands and squeezed in your 10 min upper body sizzle workout and man Oh man did it Flip My Switch- I went from draggen to feeling pumped and energized at dinner no alcohol needed !
