Hi Tyler - yes it is called a starter. Do the same Bench or Squat with 30% of 1 rep max. Go to the burn then continue for 20 seconds. Take Bands off, do you max lift.

Works every time... some set new PR's with this!

That is typically a sweat rash. Limit the Bands to 5 mins on arms. Get 2-3 mins of Burn fast then remove. Update Dr Ken and I here as to how that worked.
